Regular Cleaning Checklist

Kitchen

• Clean grease from exhaust hood
• Wash high surfaces, on top and behind the appliances
• Hand Wash/Dust off the blinds
• Wipe down doors
• Wash the kitchen cabinets and shelves inside and out                                            
• Deep Clean outside of oven, microwave and the dishwasher   
• Clean coffeemaker, toaster 
• Clean and disinfect the sink
• Vacuum/Sweep/Mop carpets and flooring
• Wipe down outside of Fridge
• Scrub Sink & Counters
• Wipe Down Baseboards
• Wipe down all drawers and shelves outside
• Empty garbage

Bathroom

• Wash shower curtain liner and shower door
• Clean the mirror
• Clean shower and tub
• Clean and disinfect toilet
• Clean and disinfect the sink
• Vacuum, sweep and mop the floor
• Clean light fixtures
• Clean Baseboards
• Clean Ceiling fans
• Dust walls and corners to remove cobwebs

Laundry (ADD on Service at $49 per hour in addition to regular or deep cleaning price

Deep Cleaning is an additional 25% on top of a regular cleaning plus the additional optional services you may elect per any cleaning:

We offer our professional home cleaning services to customers in the Southwest Suburbs including New Lenox, Manhattan, Mokena, Frankfort, Joliet, Homer Glen, Lockport, Lemont, Channahon and surrounding neighborhoods. If you're unsure whether we service your area, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

We will bring our own supplies except for a vacuum and mop.  You must provide a vacuum and a mop for your floors.  If you choose to provide your own supplies, please see our checklist and ensure that you have these supplies ample and on hand for cleaning.  We discount by 12% if you provide your own cleaning supplies, paper towels and rags.

Gleason Clean housecleaners - depending on the size of your home, an individual cleaner or a crew of 2-3 individuals.  Owner will supervise, review and visit cleaning site on occasion.
